A large urban redevelopment with 320 apartments and houses, a parking garage and other urban facilities. A project developed by a combination of Amvest and ERA Contour, in cooperation with Bo-Ex housing corporation and the municipality of Utrecht, involving among other subcontractors Eneco (Energy systems) and CCP (Parking Garage). Status 2026: construction pending.
Stationsgebied Haarlem | Zuidwest-Duinzijde
A complex inner urban redevelopment of the central station business area in the municipality of Haarlem to a new city quarter with 1.500 apartments and single family homes, shops and other urban facilities. A project developed by a combination of Hoorne Vastgoed and HBB group, cooperating with the municipality of Haarlem and various third parties.
SKYMARK THE HAGUE | binckhorst
Over 340 apartments and urban facilities in the Binckhorst area in the Hague. A project developed by a combination of Boele van Eesteren and Amvest, cooperating with the municipality of The Hague, a housing corporation, energy providers & investment funds.
rijnenburg UTRECHT
A multipurpose urban expansion redevelopment of 6.400.000 m2 Rijnenburg Polder in Utrecht, currently (in combination with the Merwedekanaal redevelopment of the City of Utrecht), the largest anticipated development for housing in the Netherlands for a combined development of energy-fields, sustainable housing (25.000 apartments and houses), business and urban purpose areas and high end (public) transport solutions. The Rijnenburg development is a project of partners and owners combined in the Rijnenburg Consortium.
